The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your request has been processed.

I will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:you have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,
the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,

Cookies

I use cookies on my site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit my site. Cookies do no damage to your end device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specifically used terminal device. However, this does not mean that I immediately become aware of your identity.

The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of my offer more pleasant for you. I use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of my website. These will be deleted automatically after leaving our site. In addition, I also use temporary cookies that are stored on your end device for a specified period of time to optimize user-friendliness. If you visit my site again to use our services, it will automatically recognize that you have already been with me and what entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.

On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for you for the purpose of optimising our offer (see Section 5). These cookies enable me to automatically recognize when I visit the site again that you have already been with me. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.

The data processed by cookies is required for the purposes mentioned to protect my legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, the complete deactivation of cookies can lead to the fact that you cannot use all functions of our website

Use of personal data

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on the sides personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are raised, this always takes place on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The use of the contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example in the form of spam mails.

Rights of the user: Information, correction and deletion

Upon your request, you as a user will receive free information about which personal data about you has been stored. Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have incorrect data corrected and your personal data blocked or deleted.

Use of script libraries (web fonts)

We use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) and MyFonts on this website to display the contents correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers. Web fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support web fonts or does not allow access, content is displayed in a default font. Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator when reloading fonts. In theory, it is possible - but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of corresponding libraries collect data. The web fonts used on this website are hosted locally only and loaded from our web server (server location Germany), which prevents a data connection to the service provider. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
